- Text prompts, generation instructions, and creative requests
- Uploaded images, reference media, source materials, or other files
- Images or other outputs created through our AI generation features
- Information submitted through forms, feedback, customer support, or other interactions
All such material is referred to in these Terms as "User Content."
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, upload, generate, publish, download, use, or share. You must ensure that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed for that content.
3.2 Ownership of User Content
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in these Terms, you retain the rights you hold in the original content you upload to Nano Banana 2.5.

3.3 License Granted to Nano Banana 2.5

By purchasing or subscribing to a paid service, you agree to the pricing, feature descriptions, billing cycle, automatic renewal terms, usage limits, and other terms shown on the relevant pages.
If you choose a subscription plan, it may renew automatically for the selected billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
If you cancel, you will generally keep access to the subscription benefits you already paid for until the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, the subscription benefits will stop unless you subscribe again.

- At least 90% of the purchased credits remain unused

We review refund requests based on account activity, purchase records, credit usage, service status, and applicable law. If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
A refund may not be available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
- The AI task threshold for refunds has been reached or exceeded
- Most credits or service benefits have already been used
- The account has been shared, misused, registered maliciously, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms
- The issue is caused by your device, network, a third-party service, or personal preference rather than service quality
7. Service Use Restrictions
You agree to use Nano Banana 2.5 lawfully, reasonably, and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Damage, interfere with, attack, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts, systems, or security measures
- Use bots, crawlers, scripts, mass registration, automation, or similar methods to abuse the service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
